At this point in time, as of April, the seawall and boat ramp has been completed as well as phase 1 of the docks. When completed the docks will consist of 25+ boat parking spots with 8 boat lifts available to backcountry guides with boats up to 25ft. The remaining portion of the docks will be available by first come first serve for people to come and eat and drink and enjoy the atmosphere. 

Fishing guides interested in obtaining one of the 8 lucrative boat lift slips at Papa Joe’s Waterfront can submit an application for interest.
